If a few alcoholics are gathering on a regular basis at a regular place, there may come a time when they’d like the support of the District, Area, and General Service Office (G.S.O.).
In order to make this process as smooth as possible, members of the group are encouraged to do the following:
- Read Alcoholics Anonymous literature on starting a new AA group
- Read about and discuss why they may want to connect with AA as a whole
- Register the group with AA’s General Service Office (G.S.O.)
